Information you share

When you join the list, OFFLine receives the first name and email address you enter so we can send launch news and gathering updates. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message so we can respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

How the website works

Hosting and form-delivery providers may process IP address, browser, device, cookie and security-log information needed to deliver and protect the site. OFFLine does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Maps and outside services

The Places section loads OpenStreetMap tiles and includes links to Google Maps and other venue websites. Opening those services can share your IP address and browser information with them. OFFLine does not request your device location; any location permission is handled by your maps provider.

Email choices and retention

We keep list submissions while they are useful for OFFLine updates, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain appropriate records.

The member app

The private member app handles profiles, RSVPs, photos and member activity separately. Its App Privacy and App Terms pages explain those features in more detail.

Your choices and contact

You may ask to access, correct or delete information submitted through this website, or ask a privacy question, by emailing hello@offlinewithus.com. California law may provide additional rights depending on the circumstances. We will date material updates to this notice.
